Girls Activity - Presentation by Dusty Sage - We will explore authenticity, self-acceptance, personal growth, and spirituality through engaging discussions, reflective activities, and the magic of storytelling

Women's Activity - Presentation by Shelley Hoffos - participants will embark on a powerful journey and explore the essential concepts of self-love, self-discovery, authenticity, connection, and so much more.
Girl's 8-11 Activity - Presentation by Ashley Driedger - In your time with Ashley, you will be exploring how relationships impact our "Crucial C's"- connection, courage, feeling capable, and knowing we count. You will be making a "Celebrating Me" box full of take-home items that can remind you how loved, important, brave, and capable you are. If an adult is attending the event with a child, they will be provided with supplemental handouts with questions to reflect on their own Crucial C's, and ways they can support developing their child.
Girl's 12-15 Activity - Presentation by Jen Edwards - During your time with Jen, she will discuss our nervous systems and physiological reactions, and you will learn about journaling to create agency and develop an understanding of how our bodies react to outside triggers.

Girls 8-11 Activity - Presentation by Shelley Hoffos - Shelley will guide participants through engaging discussions and creative activities designed to help them develop a strong sense of self, embrace their unique qualities, and foster meaningful connections with others.
Girls 12-15 Activity - Presentation by Brittney Neunzig - Through conversations and activities the girls will identify the influences in their own lives that are shaping their sense of self-worth and confidence and will leave with an arsenal of tools to nurture the development of a positive self-image.

Girls 12 to 15 Activity - Presentation by Ashley Driedger - Being a teen is an incredibly vulnerable and developmentally critical time in our lives. We will spend our time exploring core values and self-compassion. Through an engaging and creative activity, this session is designed to highlight the importance of recognizing and honoring our own values in relationships, and how to validate and empower ourselves when things are tough.
